"Game of Thrones" star Natalie Dormer (41) has married. The 41-year-old actress tied the knot with fiance David Oakes, 39, last month, according to the Daily Mail. The intimate ceremony in a small circle took place in the southern English town of Bruton, Somerset. "They wanted to share the moment with a select group of people as they are very private people," a source told the British newspaper. It was still "a beautiful ceremony".

The newlyweds Dormer and Oakes would have celebrated their wedding afterwards during a dinner that was also private. Only two other couples were present for the three-course meal. The festive evening ended with cocktails. "It was a memorable day," the unnamed source told the Daily Mail.
Dormer and Oakes have been dating since 2019, having shared the stage in the West End play Venus in Fur two years earlier. In January 2021, the two actors became parents for the first time, welcoming a baby daughter into their family. Dormer is best known to a wider audience as Margaery Tyrell on the HBO series Game of Thrones (2011-2019). Her husband Oakes, on the other hand, has already worked in the Netflix series "Vikings: Valhalla" (since 2022).
